Meet Our Staff
President – Mary Rieves
Mary is the founder of TAGIN, inspired by her own youth program experience that shaped her discipline and confidence. She is a business owner and gospel singer dedicated to empowering and guiding today’s youth.
Vice President – Darrell Rieves
Darrell is a retired U.S. Air Force Captain with 26 years of service and strong leadership experience. He is passionate about mentoring young people and supporting community growth.
Financial Advisor - Connie Smith
Connie brings nearly three decades of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, with 27 years specializing in financial management and business validation. Her background includes supporting complex workforce solutions and providing financial oversight that helps organizations operate efficiently and sustainably.
Secretary Tara Johnson
Tara Johnson has extensive experience working with youth in the Tampa Bay community. She brings excellent customer service skills and has over 10 years of experience working with children through her church. Tara is passionate about supporting and guiding young people, and she is committed to creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child she serves.
TAGIN empowers youth, fathers, and mothers through mentorship, education, community initiatives, strategic partnerships, and essential support services—including access to nutritious food—fostering confidence, self-sufficiency, and sustainable growth for individuals and families.
