President Mary Rieves

Mary is the Founder and President of TAGIN INC and brings over eight years of experience in human resources, along with more than 25 years of customer service and community development experience. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to serving others, building strong relationships, and creating programs that uplift individuals and families. Mary has traveled across the country participating in mission and community outreach efforts and spearheaded TAGIN INC’s mission trip to Ghana last year. As a community ambassador, she is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for service, mentorship, and education that foster positive change locally and globally.

Vice President Darrell Rieves

Darrell is the Co-Founder and Vice President of TAGIN INC and brings a diverse background in military service, entrepreneurship, and faith-based leadership. He is the owner of Rieves Electric and the Pastor of Kingdom of God International Church (KOGIC), where he is dedicated to serving both the community and his congregation. A retired military Captain with 28 years of honorable service, Darrell has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to leadership, discipline, and service. He also participated in TAGIN INC’s mission trip to Ghana, further reflecting his dedication to global outreach and community engagement in support of the organization’s mission.

Financial Advisor

Connie Smith

Connie brings nearly three decades of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, with 27 years specializing in financial management and business validation. Her background includes supporting complex workforce solutions and providing financial oversight that helps organizations operate efficiently and sustainably. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping businesses navigate the evolving landscape of human resources and finance. In addition to her professional expertise, she is actively engaged in ministry and community service. She participated in a missionary trip to Ghana with TAGIN Inc., an experience that deepened her commitment to service and global outreach. Connie continues to support TAGIN Inc.’s community and youth-focused initiatives, combining her professional insight with a heart for service to help strengthen and uplift communities.

Tara Johnson

Tara Johnson has extensive experience working with youth in the Tampa Bay community. She brings excellent customer service skills and has over 10 years of experience working with children through her church. Tara is passionate about supporting and guiding young people, and she is committed to creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child she serves.

James Coleman is the owner and operator of KISS Security, a professional security services company dedicated to safety, integrity, and excellence. With extensive experience in security operations, James has worked closely with businesses, organizations, and community events to ensure safe and well-managed environments. His leadership is grounded in discipline, accountability, and a strong commitment to protecting people and property. As a business owner, James brings valuable insight into risk management, operational planning, and organizational structure, making him a vital asset to the mission and ongoing success of our nonprofit organization.

Tameka Nelson

Tameka Nelson brings over 32 years of dedicated service from the Westchester County Department of Social Services, Medicaid Division. Throughout her career, she worked compassionately with individuals and families navigating challenging circumstances, always committed to making a meaningful difference. Tameka believes that even small acts of service can create lasting impact, and she considers her work a success whenever it leads to even a small improvement in someone’s life. Her lifelong passion for helping others continues to guide her service and advocacy in the community.

Community Advisor

Jeralyn Lavender

She is a nonprofit and community leader with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and community-based initiatives. Her background includes program development, grant-funded services, and building partnerships that strengthen youth development, safety, and prevention efforts. She is also the owner of PrimePulse Enterprise, where she provide mobile CPR, First Aid, and safety workshops for child- and family-serving programs. Through this work, she support safe environments and practical skill-building that promote child well-being and community readiness.

Luetheal Byrd-Hinds

Luetheal is an educator within the local school district, currently certified in K–12 Exceptional Student Education, with a bachelor’s degree in Education and Community Leadership. As a dedicated servant leader, Luetheal is committed to bringing insight, encouragement, and excellence to every individual encountered, both within the local community and beyond. With a deep passion for education and empowerment, Luetheal is inspired to uplift and educate those led to serve each day, helping individuals reach their full potential while positively impacting the broader community.
